1 General Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the xbaii platform and its users. By accessing, registering on, or using any service of the xbaii platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

In these Terms, "user", "player", or "you" refers to any registered or unregistered individual who accesses the xbaii platform. "Platform" refers to the xbaii website, mobile version, and all associated services.

xbaii reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time at its own discretion. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken to mean that you have accepted the updated Terms. It is therefore recommended that you visit this page regularly.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following conditions must be met to participate on the xbaii platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. xbaii is for users aged 21 and above only.
• You must be a real person — creating an account through robots, automated software, or any artificial process is prohibited.
• One person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must operate the account under your own identity — opening an account on behalf of or in the name of another person is not permitted.
• It is your own responsibility to confirm whether online gaming is legal in your place of residence.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

When registering with xbaii, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing incorrect or false information may result in the immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of deposited funds.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify the xbaii support team immediately.

• Do not share your account details with any third party.
• Avoid logging in on public computers or unsecured networks.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

xbaii may request documents for identity verification at any time — such as a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds on xbaii: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank).

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. However, withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
• Winnings from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Deposits and withdrawals must be made from an account registered in your own name — use of third-party accounts is prohibited.
• xbaii reserves the right to hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No conversion or foreign currency applies to transactions.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit — up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus must meet a 10x wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time after receiving the bonus, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• xbaii reserves the right to cancel bonuses and suspend accounts in cases of suspicious or abusive bonus claiming.
• Multiple accounts from the same IP address or device cannot claim bonuses.
• xbaii reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

xbaii believes in fair play. All games are operated by a neutral and verifiable random number generator (RNG). Each player's wins and losses depend entirely on chance.

6.2 Betting Limits

Different betting limits apply to different games. Check the minimum and maximum bet limits set for each game before entering. xbaii reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection, server issues, or any other technical fault, xbaii will make every effort to provide a proper resolution. However, xbaii will not be held responsible for losses caused by technical failures.

• If the connection is lost during a game, the balance may automatically revert to its previous state.
• If an incorrect amount is deposited or withdrawn due to a technical error, xbaii reserves the right to correct it.
• In the event of abnormal winnings due to incorrect information displayed in a game or a glitch, xbaii reserves the right to void that amount.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xbaii platform and will result in permanent account closure, and legal action may be taken where applicable:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to exploit the bonus system.
• Attempting to defraud or harm other players.
• Attempting to hack or intrude on the platform's security systems.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's information.
• Conducting transactions using a third-party payment account.
• Any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the platform.

8 Responsible Gaming

xbaii believes gaming is a form of entertainment — it is not a way to solve financial problems. We therefore place the highest importance on responsible gaming.

8.1 Self-Control Tools

xbaii provides users with various self-regulation features:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount.

• Misuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

10.2 Termination by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. In such a case, you may withdraw the remaining balance subject to the applicable terms and conditions. Re-registration may be possible after account termination — please contact the support team.

11 Limitation of Liability

xbaii makes every effort to provide a reliable and uninterrupted service. However, xbaii will not be held responsible for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical failures.
• Losses caused by service disruptions from third parties (payment providers, game providers).
• Unexpected or uncontrollable circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, cyber attacks, etc.
• Account information being compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Financial losses from gaming — this is entirely the user's own decision and responsibility.
